I'm Chris. I am an aggressive goal setter and achiever, and with nearly 10 years of experience in the music industry, I can turn your artistic vision into reality. I don’t just offer advice, I partner with you to create a personalized roadmap that aligns with your aspirations, your goals and your challenges. I am incredibly passionate about helping you achieve what you want to achieve, and helping you to have fun doing it.

At Quaver Consulting, I don’t believe that one size ever fits all. My approach is deeply personalized and collaborative. Here’s how I work:

1. Discovery
   We'll begin with a one-on-one consultation where I will discover more about you - who you are, what you do and where you are in your career. We'll start discussing your needs, your goals, and your challenges so I can start understanding your vision. At the end of the discovery session, I'll ask you to complete some tasks ready for the second session.
    
2. Deep understanding
   Using the tasks completed after the first session, this is where we dive into the deep end of what your strengths are as a band or solo artist. We'll look at where you are right now and we'll start discussing where you want to get to. With these insights, we can start setting goals that align with your passions and ambitions.
    
3. Goal-setting and Action Plan Development
   In the final session we'll finalise a set of short and long term goals, and based on these, we’ll create a practical, step-by-step action plan. This plan will outline clear milestones, timelines, and strategies for success, ensuring you can focus on what you do best - making music you love.
    
4. Ongoing Support & Adjustment
   Your journey is an ongoing process. I’ll be with you every step of the way, providing support, making adjustments, and celebrating your progress. With my premium package I offer additional sessions three months and one year after you finish Step 3 to evaluate your progress and make changes to your goals and plan as required.

Above all, I take a collaborative approach - working closely with you to understand your unique needs and develop a strategy that you are on board with. I believe that effective communication and partnership are the keys to achieving success.
