   We'll then dive into the deep end of what your strengths are. We'll look at where you are right now and we'll start discussing where you want to get to. With these insights, I can help you start to set goals that align with your passions and ambitions.
    
3. Goal-setting and Action Plan Development
   I will help you finalise a set of short and long term goals, and based on these, we'll create a practical, step-by-step action plan. This plan will outline milestones, timelines, and strategies for success, ensuring you can focus on what you love.
    
4. Ongoing Support & Adjustment
   Your journey is an ongoing process. I’ll be with you every step of the way, providing support, helping make adjustments, and celebrating your progress.
